PHILIPPINE ARBOR DAY 2025 | TREE PLANTING ACTIVITY

In observance of this year’s Environment Month Celebration in consonance with Philippine Arbor Day, employees and officials from the Local Government Unit of Sudipen led by Mayor Weng successfully conducted a Tree Planting Activity at Sitio Gudel Barangay Namaltugan, June 25, 2025.
The aforementioned activity involved the planting of 1,000 seedlings by National Government Agencies, PGLU-PENRO, NGOs, Palawan Pawnshop/Express staffs, Barangay Councils from Brgy. Namaltugan led by PB Richard Lopez and other private sectors. The event aimed to bolster local reforestation efforts and foster a deeper appreciation for the environment among the community.
LGU Sudipen headed by Mayor Weng and VM Melvin G. Macusi continuously promote environmental stewardship and biodiversity within the municipality. Our actions today will have lasting benefits for generations to come. Mabuhay!
