Outgoing Sudipen Vice Mayor Melvin G. Macusi turned over the symbolic key of responsibility and public documents to the incoming municipal officials led by Vice Mayor-Elect Ariel L. Adviento during the Local Governance Transition and Turnover Ceremony held at the Sangguniang Bayan Session Hall this morning, June 23, 2025.

The transition ceremony marked a peaceful and orderly turnover of leadership, reaffirming the community’s commitment to good governance and continuity of public service. Outgoing officials expressed their gratitude to the people of Sudipen and offered full support to the incoming administration.
