The Municipality of Sudipen, La Union through the Disposal Committee invites all interested parties to participate in a sealed public bidding for the disposal through sale on “AS IS, WHERE IS” basis of unserviceable properties.
Interested bidders may inspect the properties from May 7-13, 2026, 7:30AM – 6:30PM
Deadline for submission of auction tenders: May 14, 2026 2:00PM

Venue: MAOB HALL New Mun. Building Poblacion, Sudipen, La Union
Qualified bidders must have the following eligibility documents:
for INDIVIDUAL Bidders:
1. Copy of at least one (1) valid Government ID. (Kindly bring the original copy for verification)
2. Certificate of Residency
for Business Entities:
1. DTI/SEC/CDA Registration, whichever may be appropriate
2. Valid and Current Mayor’s Permit/ Municipal License
3. BIR Certificate of Registration / BIR Form 2303
4. Special Power of Attorney, in case of representative
