INVITATION FOR AUCTION SALE

The Municipality of Sudipen, La Union, through the Disposal Committee, invites all interested parties to participate in a sealed public bidding for the disposal through sale, on an “AS IS, WHERE IS” basis, of unserviceable properties.

Interested bidders may inspect the properties from June 4–10, 2026, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Deadline for Submission of Auction Tenders:
June 11, 2026 – 2:00 PM

Venue: MAOB Hall, New Municipal Building, Poblacion, Sudipen, La Union

Qualified bidders must submit the following eligibility documents:

For Individual Bidders:

1. Copy of at least one (1) valid Government ID (please bring the original copy for verification).
2. Certificate of Residency.

For Business Entities:

1. DTI/SEC/CDA Registration, whichever is applicable.
2. Valid and Current Mayor’s Permit/Municipal License.
3. BIR Certificate of Registration (BIR Form 2303).
4. Special Power of Attorney, if represented by an authorized representative.
