Executive Order No. 55 Series of 2025

An Order Prescribing the Guidelines for the Observance of Undas Season in the Municipality of Sudipen, La Union from October 31, 2025 to November 2, 2025
Time of Visit:
Visitation in any public cemetery within the municipality is until 10:00 PM.
PROHIBITIONS:
• NO LITTERING – Throwing or leaving any kind of waste is strictly prohibited. “Basura Mo, Iyawid Mo” is strictly implemented.
• NO GAMBLING OR CARD GAMES – Bringing or playing card games, or engaging in any form of gambling activity, is not allowed.
• NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES – Bringing or drinking liquor, beer, or any intoxicating drink inside the cemetery premises is strictly prohibited.
• NO FIREARMS OR DANGEROUS WEAPONS – Carrying of firearms, deadly weapons, sharp objects, or any item that may cause harm or pose danger to others is strictly prohibited.
• NO VIDEOKE OR LOUD SOUND SYSTEMS – The operation of videoke machines, loud speakers, or any sound device that may disturb others is strictly prohibited within the cemetery premises.
SANCTIONS:
Any violation of this Executive Order shall be dealt with under existing laws, ordinances, rules and regulations.
