DOLE LA UNION FIELD OFFICE CONDUCTS TAV AND FIRST AID ORIENTATION

The Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) La Union Field Office successfully conducted the Technical Advisory Visit (TAV) and First Aide Orientation for micro establishments in the municipality, in the presence of Nathaniel A. Pineda II, Senior LEO, Rosemarie M. Sebastian, LEO III, Engr. Rovan Alvic L. Olpindo, and Engr. Mark Jayson J. Dacumos.
The activity aimed to strengthen workplace safety, promote compliance with occupational safety and health standards, and enhance the capability of local establishments in creating safer and healthier working environments for employees.
Moreover, Julius D. Obar, CEO II from the Social Security System (SSS) La Union, discussed the benefits of SSS membership and the legal obligations of employers, emphasizing the importance of employee welfare and social protection.
