Work immersion provides students with real-life experiences in different industries, allowing them to apply what they have learned in a non-school setting and develop skills such as teamwork, communication, and professionalism. Additionally, work immersion requires collaboration between schools, teachers, and the community to provide support and resources for students’ immersion activities.
