Community Empowerment (CEST) Program by the Department of Science and Technology Provincial Office 1

As part of the pre-implementation process of the Community Empowerment (CEST) Program by the Department of Science and Technology Provincial Office 1 (DOST 1) headed by Provincial Director Jonathan M. Viernes, Asst. Director Engr. Bernadine P. Suniega and CEST Focal Person Joseph Eisna conducted an advocacy campaign and focus group discussion with the Municipality of Sudipen attended by Mayor Weng, Sangguniang Bayan Members, Department Heads and DepEd District Supervisor.
The activity aims to present DOST1 Programs, Projects, and Activities (PPAs), and discuss the CEST priority areas with the prospective beneficiary for the upcoming needs assessment.
