Requirements for new business:
1. Proof of registration
– DTI for Single Proprietorship
– SEC for Corporation
– CDA for Cooperatives
2. Basis for computing business taxes, fees and charges
– Capital Investment
– Articles of Incorporation
3. Occupancy Permit, if required by national and local taxes
4. Contract of Lease, if lessee
5. Barangay Clearance
6. Community Tax Certificate (cedula)
7. Zoning Clearance

Requirements for Renewal
1. Basis for computing of business taxes, fees and charges
– Income Tax Return
– Gross Sales Receipts
2. Barangay Clearance
3. Community Tax Certificate (cedula)

Other Requirements:
– Health Certificate (if available)
– Sanitary Permit
– Passport Size Picture
– Authorization Letter (if applicable)
– BIR Registration Certificate
– Fire Safety Inspection Certificate (FSIC) and other NGAs required
In accordance to Resolution No. 01-06, s. 2025, the period of issuance of business permits and licenses is extended until February 20, 2025 without the attending penalties and surcharges.
