ATTENTION ALL REAL PROPERTY TAX PAYERS!
The Real Property Tax Amnesty Program is now ongoing. This is your chance to conveniently settle any outstanding tax obligations.
Implementing Section 30 of R.A No. 12001 grants Real Property Tax Amnesty, which waives penalties, surcharges, and interests on all unpaid real property taxes, including Special Education Fund (SEF) and Idle Land Tax incurred prior July 5, 2024.
The amnesty may be availed until July 5, 2026.
