As part of our Annual Town Fiesta/ Kawayan Festival 2026, the Local Government Unit of Sudipen, led by Mayor Wendy Joy A. Dengayan, in partnership with GCash, will continue the registration and FREE issuance of GCash Visa Cards to all Sudipenians on April 23, 2026.

For faster transactions, please bring any valid government-issued ID to avail of your free GCash Visa Card.
