Purpose/s:
1. To Facilitate the energization of the additional 10MVA Power Transformer at Balaoan Substation.
2. Load Transfer of 3-Phase Primary Line from Bacnotan Substation to Balaoan Substation.
3. Right-of-Way Clearing.
All works may be finished anytime, and power may be restored
earlier or later than scheduled, so please consider our lines are always energized for your SAFETY.
