ANNOUNCEMENT

The Local Government Unit of Sudipen led by Mayor Wendy Joy A. Dengayan, in partnership with GCash, will continue the registration and issuance of Free GCash Visa Cards on December 18–19, 2025, in accordance with the scheduled rollout.

Prior to the distribution of the free GCash Visa Cards, GCash representatives will conduct a short financial literacy session to provide participants with basic guidance on responsible and informed financial management.

Other barangays will be accommodated in the succeeding phases, and further announcements will be made regarding the next schedule of issuance.

For faster transaction, please bring any valid government-issued ID for the free issuance of your GCash Visa Card.
